This custom log home, The Queen Creek, has three bedrooms and two baths with 1,536 square feet of liveable space and a 400 square-foot attached garage. It features "true" log siding, R-27 SIP walls, custom solid wood kitchen and bathroom cabinets, stained concrete floors, and vaulted pine ceilings. This home features log siding over Structural Insulated Panels — the result is the look of a log cabin with all of the benefits of SIP construction!

Top of the World Subdivision,
three miles west of Pie Town, NM.

This 2,670 square-foot home features R-41 SIPs, a standing seam Mueller metal roof, custom JELD-WEN® windows and doors, radiant floor heating, and custom wood trim and cabinets. The owners designed the home themselves and provided computer-generated plans to us. The design incorporates passive solar features, even though it is completely on the grid, and was planned to help the house survive a wildfire. The owners love the beautiful woodwork, the stained concrete floors, and the fact that the home is so easy to heat and cool.
